These terms govern access to and use of the AdTrust Index platform by verified industry members.
1. Eligibility and verified access
Access is limited to verified representatives of ADX, SSP, publisher, DSP, agency and ad network organisations. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended if verification cannot be maintained.
2. Permitted use of records
Records may be used for internal credit assessment, counterparty due diligence and risk management only. Bulk extraction, resale, scraping or republication of platform records is prohibited.
3. Accuracy of submissions
Members warrant that every submitted case, amount and document is truthful and reflects an actual commercial relationship. Knowingly false submissions result in permanent removal and record reversal.
4. No legal determination
Published records are peer-reported commercial observations reviewed prima facie. They are not audit findings, credit ratings or legal determinations of wrongdoing.
5. Right of reply and removal
Named partners may submit an official response or evidence of settlement at any time. Substantiated corrections are applied to the record and reflected in the Trust Index.
