How AdTrust Index works

A peer-reported credit and clawback record for programmatic demand partners — structured intake, evidence classification, and a transparent scoring model.

1. Structured case intake

Publishers, SSPs and exchanges submit payment defaults or deduction disputes against a specific partner record — with billing period, amount, agreed net terms and whether a third-party IVT report was ever supplied.

2. Prima-facie document review

Submitted IOs, reconciliation sheets and email threads are checked for internal consistency and completeness. Cases without supporting documents stay in Under Review and never affect published amounts.

3. Deduction classification

Every clawback is split into MRC-accredited / third-party verified (Pixalate, IAS, DoubleVerify, Adjust, AppsFlyer) versus arbitrary deductions with no measurement evidence. Only the latter drives the Arbitrary Deduction Radar.

4. Scoring and right of reply

The 0–100 Trust Index weighs net-term fulfilment, average actual payment days, unpaid balance and third-party adherence. Named partners can respond, and disputed cases are labelled Disputed by Partner.
